The main concern of any teacher is to make a change in human will and guide it, but usually this process happens unconsciously. Compiling and tracing this process and consequently making it conscious will have important goals and results, such as maintaining the discipline of educational activities, facilitating the training of teachers and the possibility of evaluating their activities. This research tries to examine this issue and find a perspective of the process of directing the will. According to the findings of this research, the mentioned process has six steps, based on Islamic anthropological foundations, such as the existence of common innate matters among all human beings, infinite perfectionism and human’s power of free will, and the issue of voluntary acts is based on the three elements of "insight" and "tendency" and "ability". The six mentioned stages are as follows: 1. Inducing doubt about the most perfecting adopted act and leading the pupil to find the criteria for determining a more useful act; 2. Helping the pupil to determine the criteria for the more useful act; 3. Helping him to apply the criteria obtained in parallel acts and determine the more useful act; 4. Facilitating the issuance of the will by strengthening the power of the will and the tendency towards that act; 5. Facilitating the external fulfillment of the act by strengthening the power of the obliged to perform the act and provide external conditions; 6. Remembering the criteria for determining the beneficial act and applying it continuously to the mentioned act and helping to repeat the act until having a second nature.
