Abstract:
Nowadays, educational studies are dominated by secular and liberal approaches. With the growth of educational jurisprudence, it is necessary to develop Islamic educational studies as well as educational hadith studies. It is also necessary to take into consideration the literature on "educational rights" with the aim of promoting "educational legislation" and contributing to the field of "educational governance". Therefore, the present article tries to explain, interpret and find the implications of Imam Sajjad's " Treatise On Rights " presenting a system of rights and duties. The research method is descriptive and inferential. The author has tried to discover the topics and meanings related to education based on the criteria of understanding the text; then, by collecting and classifying the inferred educational reasons and meanings, he has formulated them in four axes. Some important results are as follows: education is obligatory on parents and the government, and people have a duty to reform and educate each other, especially children. The most central concept in the teacher's rights is to respect the privacy of the teacher's personality/role (honor and respect). Education is depicted based on the concept of paternalism (regarding all children and people) and the concept of trust (regarding knowledge), and education is essentially a kind of donation and kindness, which is based on a network of longitudinal and transverse, mandatory and non-mandatory rights and duties.
