Abstract The rehabilitation of criminals and their reintegration into society has always been a concern for human communities. In addition to punitive measures, numerous non-punitive educational strategies for the rehabilitation of criminals exist in Islamic law. Given the rise in crime and delinquency in modern societies, the clarification of non-punitive educational strategies for the rehabilitation of criminals from the perspective of Islamic law is of great importance and necessity. These strategies can effectively complement punitive measures in the reformation of offenders. Although many studies have been conducted on the rehabilitation of criminals, the majority have focused on punitive measures, while non-punitive educational strategies have received less attention. The aim of this research is to address the question: what are the most important non-punitive educational strategies for the rehabilitation of criminals from the perspective of Islamic law? To what extent are these strategies effective in rehabilitating criminals? The research methodology is descriptive-analytical. Through an extensive study of legal and jurisprudential texts, it was concluded that the recidivism rate among offenders who underwent non-punitive educational strategies is significantly lower than those subjected to punitive measures.
