abstract = {The aim of pedagogical activities in schools is to educate students and it is commonly thought that these activities will lead to religious and moral education. The present paper tries to study the pathology of these activities, which can clear the way for the planners and those in charge of education. To this end, 273 pedagogical pedagogues who were selected through random cluster sampling form different academic levels in Shiraz to conduct this descriptive research. A questionnaire with 56 items was used in this research. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire indicate that it was acceptable. "Repeated measurement" tests, "T-test" for dependent and independent groups, and "one-way ANOVA" were used to answer the questions of the research. The research findings show that the existing harms were ascribed to structure, way of implementation, and pedagogues' spiritual and material motives. There is a significant relationship between the academic levels of the subjects and their views on the structure, the way programs were implemented and spiritual motive. The relationship of gender and occupational rank with the material motive, manpower, spiritual motive, and structural-executive dimensions is not significant. There is no significant relationship between age variable and the aforementioned aspects, and married individuals have a more negative attitude towards material motive},

abstract_fa ={فعالیت‎های پرورشی در مدارس برای تربیت دانش‎آموزان انجام می‎شود و تفکر غالب آن است که این فعالیت‎ها به تربیت دینی و اخلاقی می‎انجامد. هدف این پژوهش آسیب شناسی این فعالیت هاست که می‎تواند راه را برای برنامه‎ریزان و مسئولان روشن کند. بدین منظور٢٧٣ نفر مربی پرورشیِ مقاطع گوناگون تحصیلی شهر شیراز در این پژوهش توصیفی مشارکت کردند که به شیوه‌ی تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار استفاده شده، پرسش‎نامه‎ای  ٥٦ گویه‎ا ی بود. روایی و پایایی پرسش‎نامه حاکی از مطلوبیت آن بود. برای پاسخ گویی به پرسش های پژوهش از آزمون های «اندازه گیری مکرر»، «تی تست» برای گروه های وابسته و مستقل و تحلیل «واریانس یک طرفه» استفاده شد. براساس نتایج به دست آمده، آسیب های موجود، برخاسته از ساختار، شیوه‌ی ‎ اجرا و انگیزش‎ مادی و معنوی مربیان است. میان  مقطع تدریس آزمودنی‎ها با دیدگاهشان درباره‌ی ساختار، روش اجرای برنامه ها و انگیزش معنوی رابطه‌ی معنا دار وجود دارد. جنسیت و رَسته‌ی شغلی با هیچ یک از ابعاد  ساختاری اجرایی، انگیزش مادی، نیروی انسانی و انگیزش معنوی رابطه‌ی معنا‎دار نداشت. متغیر سن با ابعاد یادشده رابطه‌ی  معنادار نداشت و متأهلان درباره انگیزش مادی نگرش منفی تری داشتند.},
