The present paper tries to provide methods of teaching moral and religious values. It is a theoretical research which uses descriptive-analytical method. The research findings present a new method of teaching values called "ladder method". This method which consists of three stages: pre-teaching stage or "the stage of preparatory and awareness ", teaching stage or "the stage of founding", and post-teaching stage or "the stage of education ", provides modus operands to strengthen and stabilize the learned values and promote the trainee's ability to differentiate between values and anti-values از آنجا که ارزش ها در ایجاد ثبات در شخصیت افراد و حیات اجتماع بسیار مهم و به عنوان عاملی تأثیرگذار می باشد، آموزش و اشاعه صحیح آنها امری ضروری است. این تحقیق به ارائه روش هایی در جهت آموزش ارزش های دینی و اخلاقی می پردازد. تحقیق حاضر نظری و از نوع توصیفی ـ تحلیلی است و نتایج آن، بیانگر ارائه یک روش جدید به نام روش پله کانی آموزش ارزش هاست. این روش از سه مرحله قبل از آموزش یا «آمادگی و آگاهی»، مرحله آموزش یا «پایه گذاری» و مرحله بعد از آموزش یا « پرورش» تشکیل شده است. https://eslampajoheshha.nashriyat.ir/sites/eslampajoheshha.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/7808.pdf
