There have been so many novel discussions on the importance of model and only few discussions on the role of model in cherishing the values and how values influence trainees, especially the youth. The present paper studies the role of model in cherishing the values. Dividing methodology into two kinds: model-related and target group, and elaborating on the components of each of them, the author presents a new idea in this regard. The importance and significance of modeling has a process whose pace and soundness are contingent upon the attention given to these components and their practical application. The author uses an intra-religious (textual) approach and analytical-logical method in this research بحث و بررسی در زمینه‌ی چیستی الگو و نقش آن در تربیت، همواره دغدغه‌ی مهم فیلسوفان تعلیم و تربیت بوده است. بر این اساس، درباره‌ی جایگاه الگو و اهمیت آن، سخنان نغز، بسیار گفته شده است؛ اما درباره‌ی نقش الگو در انتقال ارزش ها و چگونگی اثرگذاری آن بر افرادِ تحت تربیت، به ویژه نسل جوان، کمتر سخن به میان آمده است. پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش الگو با رویکرد یاد شده را مطمح نظر خود قرار داده است. نویسنده در این نوشتار با تقسیم روش شناسی مرتبط با الگو و افراد هدف و بیان مؤلفه هایی در ذیل هریک، کوشیده است تا به دیدگاهی نو در این زمینه تقرب جوید. اهمیت و حساسیت الگوپذیری، برخوردار از فرایندی است که سرعت و سلامت آن، به دقت و توجه به این مؤلفه ها و رعایت عملی آنها وابسته است. این پژوهش با رویکرد درون دینی و به شیوه‌ی تحلیلی ـ منطقی انجام شده است. https://eslampajoheshha.nashriyat.ir/sites/eslampajoheshha.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/7517.pdf
