abstract = {Education is a process which should be analyzed and whose stages should be defined. Researchers should elucidate the path of education by studying man's existential dimensions and recognizing the ways through which the educator can influence the trainee. The result of such a study can be offered as a "model". When educators put this model into practice, their work will be fast and accurate, and it will be possible for them evaluate their educational activities.
The present investigation is founded on the Quranic verses and the accounts of prophets' educational lifestyle as narrated in this divine book. The research method is thematic commentary. First, the relevant Qur'anic verses have been compiled, classified and analyzed. According to these propositions, a five –stage model has been proposed in order to devise the  path to be followed by the instructor of religion. These five stages are as follows: 1. acquiring qualification; 2. establishing relationship; 3. invitation to a monotheistic attitude; 4. invitation to religious life; and 5. evaluation and continuation of education

abstract_fa ={تربیت فرایندی است که باید تجزیه و تحلیل شده، سپس مراحل آن تبیین شود. محققان باید با مطالعه در ابعاد وجودی انسان و شناسایی راه های نفوذ مربی در متربی، مسیر تربیت را تبیین کنند. حاصل این مطالعه در قالب یک «الگو» قابل عرضه است. مربیان با به کارگیری این الگو در صحنة عمل، به کار و تلاش خود سرعت و دقت بیشتری بخشیده، به ارزیابی فعالیت های تربیتی خود می پردازند.
	این تحقیق با مراجعه به آیات تربیتی قرآن و گزارشاتی که این کتاب الاهی از اقدامات تربیتی پیامبران(ص) ارائه کرده، تدوین یافته است. روش این پژوهش، تفسیر موضوعی است؛ ابتدا آیات مربوط جمع آوری، و سپس دسته بندی و تحلیل شده، با استفاده از این گزاره ها، الگوی مدلی پنج مرحله ای پیشنهاد می شود تا مسیر کاری مربی دینی را سامان دهد. این عناوین عبارت اند از: 1. کسب صلاحیت، 2. ایجاد ارتباط، 3. دعوت به نگرش توحیدی، 4. دعوت به زندگی دینی و 5. ارزشیابی و تداوم تربیت.},
