To ensure the reliability of the coding process and methodological rigor, Cohen’s Kappa coefficient was applied, yielding κ = 0.86, which indicates substantial reliability and methodological soundness of the analysis. The central finding of the research is the identification of a causal chain linking negative psychic faculties and traits across five major domains: structural weakness, psychological instability, cognitive deviation, egocentrism, and behavioral disorder. Within this framework, the negative pole of human existence is interpreted not merely as an obstacle, but as a dynamic catalyst in the process of human transcendence. The innovation of the study lies in presenting a novel theoretical framework and designing a three-stage, hierarchical educational model based on the principles of “immunization, ” “moderation, ” and “transformation, ” operationalized through interconnected educational methods. This stepwise progression shifts the educational approach from a logic of elimination and suppression toward constructive management and positive moral engineering, ultimately paving the way for cultivating an active and balanced human being on the path toward divine proximity. پژوهش حاضر با اتکا بر انسان‌شناسی دوقطبی قرآن و با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی آیات (کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی)، به استخراج مفاهیم مرتبط با قوا و صفات منفی انسان می‌پردازد. به‌منظور سنجش پایایی کدگذاری‌ها و تأمین اتقان روش‌شناختی، از ضریب کاپای کوهن استفاده شد که مقدار 0.86 = κ حاصل گردید؛ این میزان، حاکی از پایایی مطلوب و اتقان روش‌شناختی تحلیل است. یافته محوری پژوهش، شناسایی زنجیره‌ای علّی–معلولی میان قوا و صفات نفسانی منفی در پنج حوزه کلانِ ضعف ساختاری، ناپایداری روانی، انحراف شناختی، خودمحوری و اختلال رفتاری انسان است؛ زنجیره‌ای که بر اساس آن، قطب منفی وجود انسان نه به مثابه مانعی صرف، بلکه به‌عنوان محرکی در فرایند تعالی انسانی تلقی می‌شود. نوآوری پژوهش در ارائه چارچوبی نظریِ بدیع و طراحی الگویی تربیتیِ سه‌مرحله‌ای و سلسله‌مراتبی مبتنی بر اصول «مصونیت»، «تعدیل» و «تبدیل» متجلی است که با بهره‌گیری از روش‌های تربیتی شبکه‌ای عملیاتی می‌گردد. این سیر پلکانی، رویکرد تربیتی را از منطق حذف و سرکوب به‌سوی مدیریت و مهندسی ایجابی سوق داده و در نهایت، زمینه پرورش انسانی فعال و متعادل را در مسیر تقرب الهی فراهم می‌سازد.
