This research employed a descriptive-analytical method utilizing a thematic exegesis approach to the Qur'anic verses. Data were collected through a systematic examination of verses pertaining to gender roles and were analyzed using qualitative content analysis techniques. The findings indicate that the Holy Qur'an emphasizes two primary roles for women -"bestowing tranquility" and "motherhood"- and two primary roles for men -"guardianship" and "provision of livelihood." This role differentiation is predicated on the principle of proportionality with constitutive (ontogenetic) characteristics. Furthermore, the analysis demonstrates that, despite their distinctness, the gender roles of men and women are complementary at the emotional, educational, and managerial levels of the family. The educational implications derived are applicable across four domains: educational and cultural policy-making, the educational system, the family institution, and family counseling services. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل نقش‌های جنسیتی در خانواده از منظر قرآن کریم و استخراج دلالت‌های تربیتی آن انجام شده است. مطالعۀ حاضر با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و با رویکرد تفسیر موضوعی آیات قرآن کریم صورت گرفته است. داده‌ها از طریق بررسی نظام‌مند آیات مرتبط با نقش‌های جنسیتی جمع‌آوری و با تکنیک تحلیل محتوای کیفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌اند. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد قرآن کریم برای زنان دو نقش اصلی «آرامش‌بخشی» و «مادری» و برای مردان دو نقش اصلی «سرپرستی» و «تأمین معاش» را مورد تأکید قرار داده که این تفکیک نقش‌ها مبتنی‌بر اصل تناسب با ویژگی‌های تکوینی طراحی شده است. همچنین تحلیل یافته‌ها نشان داده است که، نقش‌های جنسیتی زن و مرد در عین تمایز، در سطوح عاطفی، تربیتی و مدیریتیِ خانواده، مکمل یکدیگرند و دلالت‌های تربیتی آن نیز در چهار حوزه سیاست‌گذاری تربیتی و فرهنگی، نظام آموزشی، نهاد خانواده و خدمات مشاوره خانواده قابل اجرا است. https://eslampajoheshha.nashriyat.ir/sites/eslampajoheshha.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5002739-1788846589.pdf
