This research proceeds with the aim of discovering and elucidating "non-penal educational strategies" across the three domains of cognition, inclination, and behavior, as an Islamic response to this contemporary need. In the cognitive domain, strategies such as inviting rational thought, eschatological reflection, and admonition are examined as tools for reconstructing offenders' worldviews. In the affective domain, the cultivation of faith, repentance, warning and glad tidings, and non-penal reward and punishment are analyzed as internal motivators for attitudinal change. Finally, in the behavioral domain, the influence of moral exemplars and character development is emphasized as cornerstones of practical transformation. This descriptive-analytical research benefits from findings in educational sciences and psychology, particularly within the fields of behaviorism, cognitive therapy, and motivational psychology. By combining and synthesizing these resources, non-penal educational components are extracted and analyzed across the three cognitive, affective, and behavioral domains. The findings indicate that these strategies can serve as an efficient alternative to punitive methods, laying the groundwork for a profound transformation in the behavior and attitudes of offenders. در عصری که نظام‌های کیفری سنتی در بازپروری مجرمان با ناکامی‌های آشکار روبه‌رو شده‌اند، فقه اسلامی با گنجینه‌ای از آموزه‌های تربیتی، چشم‌اندازی نوین برای تحول در شیوه‌های اصلاحی ارائه می‌دهد. این پژوهش، با هدف کشف و تبیین «راهبردهای تربیتی غیرکیفری» در سه ساحت شناختی، گرایشی و رفتاری، به‌مثابه پاسخی اسلامی به این نیاز معاصر، پیش می‌رود. در ساحت شناختی، راهبردهایی چون دعوت به تعقل، آخرت‌اندیشی و عبرت‌آموزی، به‌مثابه ابزارهایی برای بازسازی جهان‌بینی مجرمان، بررسی می‌شوند. در عرصۀ گرایشی، پرورش ایمان، توبه، انذار و تبشیر، و پاداش و تنبیه غیرکیفری، به‌عنوان محرک‌های درونی برای تغییر نگرش‌ها، تحلیل می‌گردند. و در حوزۀ رفتاری، تأثیر الگوهای اخلاقی و شخصیت‌سازی، به‌عنوان سنگ‌بناهای تحول عملی، مورد تأکید قرار می‌گیرد. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی، از یافته‌های علوم تربیتی و روان‌شناسی، به‌ویژه در حوزه‌های رفتارگرایی، شناخت‌درمانی و روان‌شناسی انگیزشی بهره می‌برد. با ترکیب و تلفیق این منابع، مؤلفه‌های تربیتی غیرکیفری در سه حوزۀ شناختی، گرایشی و رفتاری استخراج و تحلیل می‌شوند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که این راهبردها، می‌توانند به‌عنوان جایگزینی کارآمد برای روش‌های کیفری، زمینه‌ساز تحولی عمیق در رفتار و نگرش بزهکاران باشند. https://eslampajoheshha.nashriyat.ir/sites/eslampajoheshha.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5001310-1788846611.pdf
