abstract = {The purpose of this research is to present a critical reading of the goals of the ten indicators of Amin School’s educational plan. The research method is qualitative and content analysis. The scope of this research is the conceptual framework of the educational plan of Amin School, approved by the deputy of Islamic advertisement of the Qom Islamic Seminary. The findings of this research indicate that the Amin educational plan has some potentialities that leads to the use of the capacity of the Islamic Seminary graduates in education, the enhancement of education with a focus on the education of beliefs, worship and moralities in schools, and an effort to establish a relationship between students and the clergy. The goals of the plan are facing some shortcomings as well, some of which are as follows: there is no relation between the goals of the ten indicators with the ‘fundamental transformation document of education and training’; the dominant approach of the plan’s goals and indicators is not clear; it does not have a theoretical foundation; the criteria for extracting the indicators is not clear; the relationship between the indicators and educational courses is not clear; there is no attachment to validate the indicators; there is no logical connection between the indicators; the indicators are not of an identical kind; there is not a clear educational content for each indicator; and there is no practical plan for the application of each indicator. Therefore, it is necessary to reconsider the mentioned points to practice this plan in schools},

abstract_fa ={هدف از انجام این پژوهش، خوانش انتقادی اهداف شاخص های ده گانه‌ی طرح تربیتی مدرسه‌ی امین است. روش پژوهش کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتواست. جامعه‌ی تحقیق در این مطالعه چارچوب مفهومی طرح تربیتی مدرسه‌ی امین، مصوبه‌ی معاونت تبلیغ حوزه‌ی علمیه‌ی قم است. یافته های حاصله حاکی از این است که طرح تربیتی امین برخوردار از قابلیت هایی است که به استفاده از ظرفیت دانش آموختگان حوزه های علمیه در آموزش و پرورش، پررنگ شدن حوزه‌ی تربیت با تمرکز بر تربیت اعتقادی و عبادی و اخلاقی در مدارس، تلاش جهت برقرار کردن ایجاد ارتباط بین دانش آموزان و روحانیون منجر می شود. ضمن اینکه اهداف طرح با کاستی هایی مواجه است. از کاستی های اهداف این طرح می توان به این موارد اشاره کرد: نسبت برقرار نکردن اهداف شاخص های ده گانه با سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش؛ مشخص نبودن رویکرد حاکم بر اهداف و شاخص ها؛ فقدان مبانی نظری؛ روشن نبودن ملاک استخراج شاخص ها؛ روشن نبودن نسبت بین شاخص ها و دوره های تحصیلی؛ فقدان پیوست اعتبار سنجی شاخص ها؛ نبود ارتباط منطقی بین شاخص ها؛ یک جنس نبودن شاخص ها؛ روشن نبودن محتوای آموزشی درباره‌ی تک تک شاخص ها؛ و فقدان برنامه‌ی عملیاتی برای تک تک شاخص ها. ازاین رو لازمه‌ی گسترش این طرح در مدارس، بازاندیشی درباره‌ی موارد یادشده است.},
