Using the analytical-critical method and after offering a brief introduction on the views of some experts in the field of education, this article explains Allameh Misbah's views in this area. Western thinkers have looked at education without considering the element of innate nature and its basic role in the human existence, whereas the element of education has a fundamental place in the view of religion and religious thinkers. The conclusion is that, from his point of view, "education" has two general and specific meanings. The special meaning is specific to human beings, i.e. in addition to providing favorable conditions for growth, the ground for making correct choices must also be provided for man. Therefore, education, which provides the grounds and factors for the realization and flourishing of all human talents and his existential movement towards the desired goal, has been carefully planned هدف اصلی این نوشتار تبیین و تحلیل مفهوم تربیت و واژگان همسوی آن از دیدگاه استاد مصباح(ره) است. در این مقاله با استفاده از روش «تحلیلی ـ انتقادی» پس از آشنایی اجمالی با دیدگاه برخی از صاحب نظران عرصه تعلیم و تربیت، دیدگاه استاد مصباح در این زمینه تبیین شده است. اندیشمندان غربی بدون توجه به عنصر فطرت و نقش اساسی آن در نهاد انسان به تربیت نگریسته اند، درحالی که در نگاه دین و اندیشمندان دینی، عنصر تربیت از جایگاه اساسی برخوردار است. نتیجه آنکه «تربیت» از منظر ایشان دارای دو معنای عام و خاص است. مفهوم خاص آن مختص انسان است که باید علاوه بر فراهم آوردن شرایط مساعد رشد، زمینه ای برای انتخاب صحیح او نیز فراهم شود. بنابراین تعلیم و تربیت فراهم کردن زمینه ها و عوامل برای به فعلیت رساندن و شکوفا کردن همه استعدادهای انسان و حرکت تکاملی او به سوی هدف مطلوب، به وسیله برنامه ای سنجیده و حساب شده است. https://eslampajoheshha.nashriyat.ir/sites/eslampajoheshha.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/3_17.pdf
