abstract = {This study seeks to identify and analyze the professional competencies of primary school principals in Shahrekord The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical and survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the study was 797 principals, educational, training and executive deputies and teachers of primary schools in Shahrekord (academic year 1398-1397 H.SH.), four hundred of whom were selected as a statistical sample based on Cochran's formula and stratified random sampling method. The validity of the instrument by experts and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha method is calculated to be about 80% for the current status and 79% for the optimal status. Findings indicate that according to the respondents, the current situation of managers has 8 indicators related to professional competencies above average, and in 25 general indicators, 18 research indicators, 30 technical and educational indicators, 31 human and communication indicators and 26 The intellectual and perceptual index has fluctuated from moderate to high},

abstract_fa ={هدف پژوهش، شناسایی و تحلیل شایستگی های حرفه ای مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهرکرد است. روش تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی، و از نظر شیوه‌ی گردآوری داده ها، توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و پیمایشی است. جامعه‌ی  آماری پژوهش 797 نفر از مدیران، معاونان آموزشی، پرورشی و اجرایی و آموزگاران مدارس ابتدایی شهرکرد (سال تحصیلی 1398-1397) بودند که چهارصد نفر از آنان بر اساس فرمول کوکران و به روش تصادفی طبقه ای به عنوان نمونه‌ی  آماری انتخاب شدند. روایی ابزار توسط متخصصان و پایایی آن به روش آلفای کرانباخ، حدود ۸0% برای وضع موجود و 79% برای وضع مطلوب محاسبه شده است. یافته های پژوهش حاکی است که طبق دیدگاه افراد پاسخ دهنده، وضعیت موجود میزان برخورداری مدیران از 8 شاخص مربوط به شایستگی های تخصصی در حد بیشتر از متوسط، و در 25 شاخص عمومی، 18 شاخص پژوهشی، 30 شاخص فنی و آموزشی، 31 شاخص  انسانی و ارتباطی و 26 شاخص فکری و ادراکی، از متوسط تا زیاد در نوسان بوده است؛ در صورتی  که وضعیت مطلوب تمامی شایستگی های یادشده در حد زیاد و بسیار زیاد بوده و تمامی تفاوت های بین میانگین نمره های دو وضعیت نیز از نظر آماری معنا دار بوده است.},
