abstract = {In a God-oriented society, every human action is based on the teachings of the divine "tradition" and leans towards achieving the oneness of God; dealing with art and transmitting the customs and principles related to it is no exception to this rule, but with the changes that have taken place in the form of most of the societies in the contemporary era, many of the contexts of a traditional society have disappeared and numerous traditional arts and related teachings and customs have been forgotten. The main issue in this research is to compare the raising methods and customs of artists in traditional societies with modern societies (with emphasis on university education). The research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection is library-based and interview. While emphasizing the central role of "tradition" in educating artists in a traditional society, the results of this study confirm the fundamental differences in the goals, principles and methods of education in the process of educating artists between traditional societies and today's university education methods},

abstract_fa ={در یک جامعۀ خدامحور، هر فعل انسان بر مبنای آموزه های «سنتِ» الهی و در جهت نیل به حضرت احدیت بوده  و پرداختن به کار هنر و انتقال آداب و اصولِ مرتبط به آن نیز از این قاعده مستثنا نیست؛ اما با تحولات رخ داده در شکل اکثر جوامع در دوران معاصر، که به موجب آن بسیاری از بسترها و زمینه های وجودی یک جامعۀ سنتی زایل گشته، بسیاری از هنرهای سنتی و آموزه ها و آداب مرتبط با آن نیز به دست فراموشی سپرده شده  است. مسئلۀ اصلی در این پژوهش، مقایسۀ روش   ها و آداب تربیتی هنرمندان در جوامع سنتی با جوامع امروزی (با تأکید بر آموزش دانشگاهی) است. نوع پژوهش، توصیفی ـ تحلیلی است و روش جمع آوری اطلاعات، کتابخانه ای و میدانی (مصاحبه) می باشد. نتایج این پژوهش، ضمن تأکید بر جایگاه محوریِ «سنت» در تربیت هنرمندان در یک جامعۀ سنتی، بر تفاوت های بنیادینِ اهداف، اصول و روش های آموزشی در فرایند آموزش هنرمندان در جوامع سنتی با شیوه های آموزش دانشگاهی امروز صحه می گذارد.},
