abstract = {Drawing on a qualitative content analysis method, this research has been conducted with the aim of examining the main factors of formal Quran teaching in primary schools and its current situation in Iran, based on the high-level documents of the educational system and the opinions of senior experts and exemplary teachers. The statistical population included all the high-level documents of the Iranian educational system and senior experts in the field of Quranic education in primary schools, as well as the formal Quran classes in primary schools. The statistical sample included the formal Quran classes in the primary schools of Qom province. The sampling method is purposive and the selection of sample individuals has continued to the extent of theoretical saturation. The data collection method included note-taking form documents and interviews with senior experts in this field. One of the results of the research is determining the role of educational content and teacher as the main educational elements and the relatively large distance of these elements from the standards and indicators resulting from the above documents and the opinions of senior experts in this field},

abstract_fa ={این تحقیق با هدف بررسی عناصر اصلی آموزش رسمی قرآن دورة ابتدایی و وضعیت فعلی آن در ایران، بر اساس اسناد بالادستی نظام تعلیم و تربیت و نظرات کارشناسان ارشد و معلمان نمونه، با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی انجام  شده است. جامعه آماری، تمام اسناد بالادستی نظام تعلیم و تربیت ایران و کارشناسان ارشد حوزه آموزش قرآن دورة ابتدایی و نیز کلاس های آموزش رسمی قرآن دورة ابتدایی، و نمونة آماری شامل کلاس های آموزش رسمی قرآن دورة ابتدایی استان قم بوده است. روش نمونه گیری هدفمند بوده و انتخاب افراد نمونه تا به حد اشباع نظری ادامه یافته است. روش گرد آوری داده ها نیز فیش برداری از اسناد و مصاحبه با کارشناسان ارشد این حوزه بوده است. از نتایج این تحقیق، تعیین نقش محتوای آموزشی و معلم به عنوان اصلی ترین عناصر آموزشی و فاصله نسبتاً زیاد این عناصراز استانداردها و شاخص های منتج از اسناد بالادستی و نظرات کارشناسان ارشد این حوزه است.},
