abstract = {From the Islamic point of view, seeking wisdom and purification of the soul are two essential and primary goals of education, insofar as without the achievement of this goal, the main mission of education will not be fulfilled. A fair and wise approach to these two outstanding tasks requires the gradual and natural separation of talents and their prioritization in benefiting from knowledge and purification of the soul, rather than imposing such separation on the educational system from the outset. Reviewing the multimodel system of education in the Islamic Republic of Iran, the present paper aims to provide a model of education through the modulation of top, good and mediocre talents. The cooperative interaction and synergy of top, good and mediocre talents have been analyzed in this model. Reviewing and examining the current status of education, this research mainly aims at paving the way for an appropriate transformation in the content, method and structure of education in order to achieve the desired situation as outlined in the Document of Fundamental Transformation of the Education. The research method is descriptive-analytical, and while describing and analyzing the current status of multiple education models, the paper emphasizes the design of a comprehensive education model as a superior model in comparison with other educational models},

abstract_fa ={از نگاه اسلام، حکمت آموزی و تزکیۀ روان، دو سربرگ حیاتی و فراگیر اهداف آموزشی-تربیتی به شمار می رود؛ به گونه ای که بدون نیل به این مهم، رسالت اصلی تعلیم و تربیت انجام نخواهد پذیرفت. رویکرد عادلانه و حکمت آمیز به این دو وظیفه‌ی برجسته ایجاب می کند که تفکیک استعدادها و برتری دادن برخی بر برخی دیگر در بهره وری از دانش و تزکیه‌ی روان، مسیر طبیعی خود را به تدریج طی کند؛ نه اینکه از ابتدا بر نظام آموزش و پرورش تحمیل گردد. طرح حاضر، ضمن بازنگری در نظام چندالگویی آموزش و پرورش جمهوری اسلامی ایران، درصدد ارائه الگویی از آموزش و پرورش با تنظیم استعدادهای برتر، خوب و متوسط می باشد. در این طرح، چیستی و چرایی و چگونگی تنظیم و هم افزایی استعداد فراگیران، اعم از متوسط، خوب و برتر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. هدف اساسی از بیان چنین مطالبی این است که با رویکرد نقد و بررسی وضعیت موجود آموزش و پرورش بتوان زمینه را برای ایجاد تحولی مقتضی در محتوا و روش و ساختار آموزش و پرورش به منظور رسیدن به وضع مطلوب ـ آن گونه که در سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش انعکاس یافته است ـ فراهم آورد. روش پژوهش، توصیفی ـ تحلیلی است که ضمن توصیف و تجزیه و تحلیل وضعیت جاری الگوهای چندگانه‌ی آموزش و پرورش، بر طراحی الگوی آموزش و پرورش فراگیر به مثابه‌ی الگوی برتر در مقایسه با سایر الگوهای آموزش و پرورش تأکید می ورزد.},
