abstract = {The present paper mainly deals with the current and ideal function of educational system which has a great influence in interaction with other systems. Using systems theory and emphasizing on relations between its inputs and outputs and its direct and indirect influences on other systems, we want to answer to this questions that what is the negative point of educational system in itself and other system and how we can eliminate them. Teaching mostly useless and unstable and Experimental knowledge that causes Prolongation of education period in addition to document-orientation considered the most important problems of educational system. Therefore, eliminating huge problems as unemployment, corruptness, delinquency, sexual deviations, unveiling, negligence, reducing birth in addition of some basic needs as managing on time and welfare requires educational system changes as human factory for political system. One important solution for changing current situation is revision of curriculum. As a result, reducing education period from one hand and rise political satisfaction and increase GDP by upbringing of efficient human capital instead of drainer and demander persons and will eliminate complex problems of country. },

abstract_fa ={مسئله‌ی اصلی در این مقاله، فهم عملکرد موجود و مطلوب نظام آموزش و پرورش به مثابه‌ی سیستمی اثرگذار در تعامل با دیگر سیستم هاست. در این جستار، با استفاده از نظریه‌ی «سیستم ها» و با تأکید بر میزان تناسب ورودی و خروجی این سیستم و بازتاب های مستقیم و غیرمستقیم آن بر دیگر سیستم های پیرامونی، درصدد پاسخ گویی به این سؤال هستیم که آموزش و پرورش چه آسیب های درون سیستمی و برون سیستمی ایجاد می کند و راه کار برون رفت از آنها چیست؟
	تعلیم دانش غالباً ناپایدار و ناکارآمد و با صبغه‌ی غالب علوم طبیعی و به تبع آن، طولانی بودن دوره‌ی آموزش و پرورش، از آسیب های عمده‌ی این سیستم محسوب می شود. حل بنیادین مشکلاتی همچون بیکاری، بزه کاری، انحرافات جنسی، بدحجابی، کم کاری، کاهش زادوولد و نیازهایی مانند تشکیل بهنگام خانواده، نیازمند اصلاح سیستم کنونی آموزش و پرورش به مثابه‌ی کارخانه‌ی انسان سازی است. یکی از مهم ترین راه حل های برون رفت از وضع موجود، تغییر در محتوای آموزشی است که در نتیجه‌ی آن، سنوات تحصیل به قریب شش سال تقلیل یافته، رضایت عمومی از نظام سیاسی و درآمد ناخالص ملی افزایش چشمگیر خواهد داشت.},
