In the meantime, less noted is the impact of the element of "free will ". Man’s optional act can be analyzed in the form of "good deeds" in the Qur'an. Regardless of the primary factors of generating motivation for a good deed, such as education and training, what affects the continuity of a moral act and its generalizability to other moral traits is that it should be done by free choice. The results of this study indicate that on the one hand, optional performance of good deeds leads to strengthening and sustaining the act and, on the other hand, at least in the case of some moral traits, the formed habits generalize to other traits; that is, when the person repeats and continues a special moral trait, he will attract other moral traits as well. Generalizability of free will includes negative changes in immoral traits as well. For example, the good trait of "invocation of God" and the bad trait of "sensual passion" have been investigated as examples of both groups. This paper studies and analyzes the previous studies, the Quran and the interpretations In this regard عوامل و موانع تحول در اخلاق از مسائل مهم علم اخلاق و تربیت به شمار می رود. در این بین، آنچه کمتر بدان توجه شده ویژگی اثرگذاری عنصر «اختیار» است. عمل اختیاری انسان را می توان در قالب «عمل صالح» در قرآن تحلیل کرد. فارغ از عوامل اولیه‌ی ایجاد انگیزه برای یک عمل صالح، مانند آموزش و تربیت، آنجه در تداوم یک رفتار اخلاقی و نیز تعمیم پذیری آن به سایر صفات اخلاقی مؤثر است ویژگی ارادی بودن و از روی اختیار انجام دادن یک عمل اخلاقی است. نتایج حاصل از این مقاله نشان می دهد که انجام اختیاری اعمال صالح از یک سو، به تقویت و تداوم همان عمل منجر می شود؛ و از سوی دیگر، اراده‌ی عادت شده ـ دست کم ـ در برخی صفات اخلاقی، به سایر صفات توسعه می یابد؛ یعنی دارنده یک صفت اخلاقی خاص، در صورت تکرار و تداوم، سایر صفات اخلاقی را هم به سوی خود جلب خواهد کرد. تعمیم پذیری اختیار، شامل تحول منفی در صفات ضداخلاقی نیز می شود. برای مثال، صفت صالح «ذکر» و «هوای نفس» به عنوان مصادیق هر دو گروه بررسی شده است. پژوهش های سابق، قرآن و عمدتاً تفاسیر در این زمینه مطالعه و تحلیل شده است. https://eslampajoheshha.nashriyat.ir/sites/eslampajoheshha.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/3_7.pdf
