Youngsters' modeling manifests itself in the form of fashionism, contact with abnormal social groups, tendency towards transient norms and weakness in family relations. Parents' early reactions towards their children go from one extreme to the other. They sometimes become strict and behave outrageously towards the youngsters and sometimes become so permissive that they see neutral about their destiny. The proper way is that the parents manage and organize youngsters' modeling, taking into consideration their age and social conditions using influential educational policies. This paper proposes two macro-policies: "modeling management by maintaining association with the youngsters" and "modeling management through sympathizing with youngsters". These policies are the outcome of a study of Quranic verses and traditions and a review of family background این نوشتار به یکی از مسائل اجتماعی معاصر اشاره دارد. الگوپذیری نوجوان مسئله ای است که در قالب مدگرایی، ارتباط با گروه های نابهنجار اجتماعی، گرایش به هنجارهای زودگذر و سستی روابط خانوادگی بروز می یابد. واکنش های ابتدایی والدین در دو طیف افراط و تفریط قرار دارد. آنان، گاهی سخت گیر می شوند و طرد بی حساب را در پیش می گیرند و گاهی تسلیم می شوند و در قبال سرنوشت نوجوان به گونه ای خنثا عمل می کنند. وضعیت مطلوب آن است که والدین با در نظر داشتن شرایط سنّی و اجتماعی نوجوان و با استفاده از راهبردهای تربیتی مؤثر، الگوپذیری نوجوان را مدیریت و سامان دهی کنند. راهبردهای پیشنهادی مقاله‌ی حاضر در قالب دو راهبرد کلان «مدیریت الگوپذیری از طریق معاشرت» و «مدیریت الگوپذیری از طریق هم اندیشی با نوجوان» جای می گیرد. این راهبردها با استفاده از آیات و روایات و با توجه به شرایط و ظرفیت های زندگی خانوادگی مطرح گردیده است. https://eslampajoheshha.nashriyat.ir/sites/eslampajoheshha.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/07.pdf
